

The following are the NCAA rules for this program:
* Returning athletes and signed incoming athletes may participate in voluntary strength and conditioning programs during eight of the nine weeks in the summer.
* An athlete's participation is limited to a maximum of eight hours a week.
* Strength and conditioning staffers, not the football coaches, oversee out-of-season workouts.
* Those strength and conditioning coaches must be certified in CPR and first aid.
