Toney Douglas Out With Broken Hand
Sophomore point guard Toney Douglas has a fractured right hand, putting into doubt his return this season and jeopardizing Florida State's run at the NCAA tournament.
"We've got to overcome adversity and get strong as the result of it," Hamilton told the Tallahassee Democrat on Thursday.
Hamilton said the initial prognosis has Douglas missing between four and six weeks. The ACC tournament begins in four weeks.
Douglas, FSU's second-leading scorer at 13.1 points per game, injured his shooting hand in the Seminoles' 71-58 loss at Clemson on Wednesday. He was beaten on a key three-point play by Cliff Hammonds and then left the game with less than two minutes remaining
