Florida State welcomes North Florida to town for the second time this season. The two teams met back on February 27 as the Seminoles defeated the Ospreys 16-3 at Dick Howser Stadium. This will be the third overall meeting between the two teams as FSU leads the all-time series 2-0. This is the second season as a Division I program for North Florida as the Ospreys are a member of the Atlantic Sun Conference. Last season, UNF finished with a record of 34-21, 20-10 in conference play, good for second place in the A-Sun. Florida State is 1-1 against members of the A-Sun (defeated UNF, lost to JU) in 2007, while North Florida is 0-2 with losses against Virginia and the Seminoles.
