In what was a hard fought game, it came down to the Nole's Mr. Clutch, Al Thornton. Fouled in the last second of the game,Thornton made one of two free throws to lead the Noles to a 67-66 win over Clemson. The NCAA tourney seems closer than it did although still not guaranteed.
