In a game that FSU would like to forget, it seems likely that the Noles are headed to the NIT. In a sloppy game that saw Thornton foul out, the Tar Heels smacked the Noles 73-58.
The Seminoles (20-12) now wait until the NCAA tourney selections are revealed Sunday and hope that they make it.
